I've ordered previously with YesStyle so this was not my first purchase. I've been amazed by the speed of the service and shipping, however, this order in particular was a month long roller coaster for me.
While this was perhaps the largest order I have placed on this website, I had planned ahead of the holiday season so that my items would arrive on time, more than a month ahead. Instead, what ended up happening was cancellations on some of my ordered items. It took 2 weeks to process that these items were no longer available and further more, it took another week before the items were shipped. My one month in advance had been taken away and my items arrived after Christmas- arriving on the 28th- the nearest convience.
I'm disappointed to say this about one of the websites that I love to frequent but I really wish that this order could have been taken care of more quickly. The notifications on the website to order before a certain date still didn't apply to my case and I really wish this order had not disappointed me.
I have placed my concerns to the Customer Service and while I agree that they were doing their best to handle the situation, I only hope that they can continue to improve. There were a few issues with the tracking on my shipment as well:
1.) The status on my order was on Shipped for 3 days before a tracking number was updated.
2.) I recieved an email with my tracking number about 12 hours after I could see the tracking number on the YesStyle Website.
3.) I understand this is not directly a YesStyle issue but one with DHL, my order was left sitting in Hong Kong for 3 days before it was shipped to my home.
In the future, I hope that out of stock items can be more quickly updated and cancellations to be notified much sooner. I will give that this was the holiday season but I just hope that YesStyle does not disappoint again.
