We booked is with you quite a while ago and paid the same £110 in good faith but when we arrived at the hotel "Greys" in Brighton yesterday it was closed for the holiday and we were very lucky that someone who knew the owners of the hotel saw us and came over and told us that they were closed and away for the holiday and helped us find another hotel for the night otherwise we would have had a wasted car journey and ruined our New Year's Eve. As you can appreciate I am not very happy with this situation one bit. Please advise as to how you are going to rectify this bad situation.
