Excellent service delivery, great value and superb customer support

I used Faculty-X before and this year I needed to buy more Homeplugs. I ordered a pair and they came to Northern Ireland the next day.
Sadly one was faulty, so I returned it. I also included the receipt for my additional postage costs.
Within three days I received the replacement Homeplug and a cheque for the postage costs.
Both home plugs are working perfectly now.
I have recently recommended Faculty-X to a friend.
