Ordered some clothes on Thurs 27th Dec next day delivery as I was going out on 28th for xmas and would have liked the dress and necklace for then. Sat in all day (Fri 28th)contacted them via facebook and only got brush off replies saying it was probably too early to track. Saturday 29th managed to get a proper response, my package had been lost. So I was dissapointed but these thing happen, I can wear the outfit for NYE. So they resent the package and advised it would get here next working day Mon 31st NYE. AGAIN sat in all day sent several msgs and said "There is still every chance this order will be delivered today". Guess what? It didnt. Still waiting...................
