Still awaiting delivery after 3 weeks
Ordered Merrell shoes on May 7 and was informed expected delivery would be May 14. They didn't arrive but only after contacting Trekkinn myself was I informed that expected delivery would now be May 20. Again they didn't arrive and again, only after I made contact with Trekkinn was I told that delivery would now be May 29. Poor customer service. The tracking service on the website was not updated as it should have been. Trekkinn have my email so, they should have been keeping me informed. I do not have any confidence that they will be delivered on May 29.
