Broken bed

Received the bed nice and fast on the stated date however it was missing bolts which I then had to supply, the middle legs then snapped on the first night which was hardly surprising given they are the width and clearly the same strength as a pencil. After being put on hold for ages was told they couldn't replace the bed but would instead send another set of middle legs and the bolts. This was before Xmas and still we're waiting. Like the bed this is a shambles.
