WAE+

Outside Promised delivery window - with wrong delivery instructions.

Ordered a camera for a christmas present. Was told it would be delivered between 18th-20th. I knew someone would be at home on these dates, only for the parcel to be delivered on 21st. Had a call from UPS telling me i had a missed delivery.

I had specifically requested in WAE+ checkout to leave parcel with a neighbour (who are always in) if we were not home. Speaking to UPS - this note was not included on the parcel. Whilst they only received the package on the 21st from WAE+.

So they dispatched the parcel to the delivery firm, AFTER their predicted latest date of delivery to me.

Very Poor.
