First class customer service. I emailed a question and they rang me back to discuss it rather than just replying via email which I was impressed with. The bat arrived the next day, even better. Only small problem was there was a bubble on one side of the bat, again I whales then to find out how to remedy it and got a response very quickly and a replacement bat arrived in the post the next day.
I have recommended them to my friends at the local club and with this level of service I'll be a customer as long as I continue to play table tennis.

I ordered two UV filters from Amazon at the same time, they were from 2 different UK based companies on the 30/12/12.
One filter arrived today (3/1/13) which to put in perspective, I ordered a lens from Hong Kong 15 minutes before ordering the filters and the lens arrived 10 minutes after the filter!
The other filter is yet to appear!
So not bad service, but being shown up by other companies on speed of delivery.
I ordered my new lens on the 30/12/12, it arrived this morning (3/1/13) from Hong Kong. it was well packaged, so speed of delivery was fantastic (especially as I ordered some stuff from Digital Rev not 10 minutes later and that is still in Hong Kong!) Although, the invoice is marked as a "gift" (which is to avoid customs duty I suspect, but I may be wrong on that) so I'm not sure how I go about putting it through my company books!
I paid an extra £10 for a 7 year warranty on the lens which I'm not too sure on, as the underwriters of the guarantee are in the USA so if anything goes wrong it would seem I would have to ship the part to them at my own expense! None of which was mentioned at time of purchase.
Other than that, I'll test the lens when the camera from DigitalRev arrives and hope all is well from there on out.
When ordering my D7000 and lens plus 2 memory cards from Digitalrev I was told the items would ship within 24 hours, i ordered on the 30/12/12 so I assumed my items would be posted on the 31/12/12 as I needed the equipment for a photo shoot on the 7/1/13. Unfortunately there was a delay for some reason in processing my payment even though it was verified by my bank, this meant that with the new year my order wasn't processed till the 2/1/13 and then not shipped till the 4/1/13, in all it meant that my equipment arrived on the 7/1/13 at around 4pm. Obviously it meant that I had to cancel my shoot.
Since then Digitalrev have been in contact with me, and whereas I am annoyed that I lost money in cancelling the shoot (which was made worse by the fact that I ordered an item from another website on the same day and that arrived on the 3/1/13, again from Hong Kong) I have accepted Digitalrev's explanation as to what happened and that the extra delay was bad timing because of the New Year. Once the payment was processed the shipping was very fast and well packaged and the camera has been great to use since its arrival.
I would use Digitalrev again, as you can't argue with the prices and providing you don't need the items urgently (as in 5 days time) the service is quick and they do take responsibility for helping you out as best they can.
