Wrong item - Delivery wait problem a joke!

Ordered a present 3 weeks before Xmas, PCW sent wrong item. Had to wait for wrong item to be returned to PCW before they would despatch the correct item.
Still waiting.
Communication a JOKE!!
Have cancelled order, never order again PCW
