Poor Service

I submitted a phone to cash my phone as they had the best rate at the time, as I went through a comparison site. They received the phone fine, however there was no update on what they were doing with the phone if testing had been done and what would happen next. I much prefer RPC recycle and Vodafone Buyback as they have a streamlined process unlike this company. I had to ring up and do the chasing as to where they had got with my phone and if payment had been made. The service is poor and I will not be using this company again.
