If you look at my order history, you will see I ordered goods on 23rd Nov which, according to Iwoot, were despatched on 29 Nov. I never received this order and spent a small fortune attempting to contact Customer Services. After the requisite time, this order was cancelled and refunded with no explanation as to what the problem was. I re-ordered (but by now half the goods were unavailable). I had email confirmation these would arrive for Xmas. But no, yet again. And then the reason was 'problem with delivery'. You have delivered to me for years - what is the problem now? I have still to receive the refund on this latest order and, on this experience, I doubt I will be placing another order or recommending you, as I have in the past.
Can you please explain what the problem with delivery is? Do you still deliver to the Channel Islands? If you don't, then you shouldn't take my order and money.
