Thank you very much for your 5-star review, though we're sorry to hear you weren't happy with the despatch time. You ordered just after our despatch cut-off time at 3pm on the 18th and your order was despatched by us the very next day, so we could not have got it out any faster. We don't know how long your order took in transit, but as you'll be aware mail volumes are at their peak at that time of year so they're not always next day for First Class Post.
As you'll see from many other reviews on Trustpilot, our despatch is always as fast as humanly possible!
