My business critical domain has just been cancelled because 123 took money from my account and did not renew the domain. They are now expecting me to pay them £75.00 to 'redeem' my account even though it's blatantly their failure. Again, I'm getting no help from them, claiming it's all my responsibility to ensure they have paid for the domain that they have taken money from me to do so. I will be moving all my domains from them as soon as I can. They cannot be trusted to provide a reliable or honest service.
