speedy reply and great costumer services
My experience with Flashbay has been great. Compared to other companies I contacted for quotes, Flashbay replyed within a day of the quote request and with Jack (Accounts Manager), I had a sample pack delivered to me the next day and a full price list with all the different quantity prices. Flashbay have an exceptional Customer service and they always have time for their customers. Whenj it was time to order my goods, Flashbay gave me the option of paying with different methods and they e-mailed me the invoice within the day I placed the order, and e-mailed me the receipt when full payment was received which was also On the same Day as the invoice (because I payed by credit Card). Flashbay stick to their promise of the delivery within 6 days as I placed a bulky order and got it in 5 days. Overall Flashbay is my Number 1 choice for buying USB Memory Sticks and I recommend them to anyone who wants to buy them and will continue to buy Off them for my enterprise mini-company Memory Sticks 4 U.(www.facebook.com/memorysticks4u).
