I bought an item worth over £90 in at the beginning of October. I never recieved the item and was never contacted by the company to explain that the item wasn't in stock. I had to contact them when the item didnt arrive. i was given a new date and once again it came and went without any contact from the company. After contacting the company once again, in the middle of november, I was told that my refund was being processed. I had never asked for a refund. I was the informed that due to the companies merchant's technical issues may have affected the refund, therefore should my refund not have been received into my bank I had to contact the bank a dispute the claim. The money never arrivedin my account and the company have washed their hands of my situation. I have to do all the work to claim the money back through my bank. It is now January and because Of a mistake Wae+ made when choosing their merchant provider I am still over £90 out of pocket plus the cost of phoning my credit card company and sending letters. Hugely dissatisfied with this companies customer service. No contact with me on their part has been disgraceful. Do not risk your money by using this website!
