Well it seems to me, you have to ring up when there's someone in the shop. My first buy, a couple of years ago was seamless, they answered my queries about shoe width letters, and I got my shoes within a couple of days. I rang back to enquire and make a purchase recently, but it was a bit patchy, they didn't seem to know what was going on, someone was at lunch I think, and the two boots I was interested in weren't in stock or they didn't have my size. However, when I ordered these boots, it was back to the old Pediwear, very helpful, they knew what was what and helped me with my interenet order. Bish, bash, bosh, got my boots when they said I would. Not only that they gave me progress updates by e-mail.
