Fast service with a hiccup

I purchased a pocket knife via internet as a gift just a few days before Christmas. Heinnie had a competitive price, they had the article in stock and they offered express delivery. As I live abroad but was returning to the UK for Christmas I had the goods delivered directly to my parents home in the UK where I would be staying. I received confirmation of my order, of dispatch and tracking IDs via e-mail. The article was delivered on time undamaged.
The only hiccup was that the knife was not exactly the one I had ordered. The knife is available in two finishes (441OL with handle in olive wood or 441B with handle in bocote) and despite the fact that the knife I received came in a plastic shrink wrapped box with the correct code (441OL) the knife inside was a 441B (this is engraved on the blade). Naturally I only discovered this after having given the gift so it was too late to send in back for exchange. Of course I don't know if the error was made by Heinnie or by the manufacturer.
