Very good service from Electrorad from order placed online. They phoned to check the order before despatching,
A good product although rather on the expensive side. Very easy to fit by any competent DIYer. Changing wiring connections from Storage Radiators to Electrorad heaters is easy for any electrically competent person. The controls are initially not easy to understand, neither is the programming. I found it hard to follow at first but once learned is quite simple. Not obvious though and not very intuitive. I know a few people in my village who have these radiators and I am frequently going around to their houses to programme or adjust their radiators as they can't cope with the instructions. I can't rate the efficiency of these units properly yet as we have had an unusually cold winter so can't compare effectively with previous years. However the constant temperature control is very effective. These heaters have transformed our bedrooms into very comfortable spaces.

Have used Reidys many times. Alway found them reliable not always thae fastest but that doesn't necessarily matter too much
