Nakedwines

Good service, sometimes patchy wine.

I'm surprised at the comments about the Angel scheme (you sign up, pay £20+ a mont in your account, which you can spend whenever, in return for 30% off) - I thought it was pretty clear what was happening. Maybe they've changed their user flow...

Anyway - wines are generally pretty good, and from independent vineyards, which is good. I've had a couple of terrible ones - these have been refunded with a nice message and absolutely no hassle (you click 'faulty' when you rate the wine). Maybe about 1/20 bottles has been bad, and one case (which I bought on the marketplace thing, which is less good.) was off. The staff have always been super helpful whenever I've phoned.
