not bad but ....

trading my (xmas) vouchers in the past caused problems - products out of stock and no communication
having got that sorted out I received some more (birthday) vouchers with a little trepidation as to what might happen next
to be fair I received my order all present and correct, and quickly too, so no complaints this time
