very slow and low level of service. Don't use it..

So disappointing. As they seem to have a large collection with items not to be found elsewhere, we decided to buy in November. First package arrives after 3 weeks but without the promised gifts. The second package however never arrived. To reclaim the money, they are delaying time having you fill in invented forms...
Customer service is slow and answers without any understanding, with quick standard phrases...
