Custmore service from hell

Two months ago, I bought 2 tickets for a football match..(total370e),
now 2 days before the match, no tickets so far. Status: pending shipment. Keep sending me emails for an alternate address..I only have the one address in Spain, which is perfectly fine. Tried to call all their different tel.numbers, none working..one number connected me with an Indian guy who, in his opinion, never even heard of the company!

We can see from your transaction one of our customer service agents has been in touch to advise that your tickets will be hand delivered to you.

If for any reason we cant guarantee delivery via post, we will always try other ways to get the tickets to you in time for the event, so in this instance a hand delivery was the best option!
