Bought something from Amazon. Given a delivery date, thought I'd pick it up from post office as I wouldn't be in. No issue, this is what I normally do.
No card, no update online, had to ring round to find out where the thing was.
Even worse was when I first contacted (through email) they used the same excuse as they have done with others:
"Further to your enquiry I can confirm that at this time we have not yet received this parcel from the sender.
In order to progress this further I would respectfully request that you contact the sender of your parcel, who can investigate further on your behalf."
Amazon got in touch with them and they say they'll talk to driver... So they had it and would talk to the incompetent driver but told me they never received it??
I'm now due to another parcel Friday, should have been Thursday but DPD have already delayed it, I'm worried exactly the same will happen again, sadly you can't choose couriers when you order something.
