I wanted an item that was difficult to find and this was one of the few sites that specifically displayed it in stock on their product page. In 2013, you'd expect stock-taking technology to be reasonably up to date with real inventory levels.
But no. A few days after the item was due to be delivered, I received an e-mail saying the product was discontinued. Not only that, but I could purchase another one for, of course, more money. Not only that, but my credit card had already been charged for the purchase that didn't happen!
At the moment the website has been updated. I am still waiting for the refund. A quick refund is the only honourable thing best4systems can do now. Let's wait and see. "I'll be back."
I ordered a power supply that is a bit difficult to find. 3000rpm shipped it as expected. No complication arose. I got what I expected (product as described). I would give 5 stars if I had tested after-sales support/customer service and the problem was handled well. I shall let the fact I didn't have to speak for itself.
