Charge your card before they tell you what's in stock, well, is discontinued...

I wanted an item that was difficult to find and this was one of the few sites that specifically displayed it in stock on their product page. In 2013, you'd expect stock-taking technology to be reasonably up to date with real inventory levels.
But no. A few days after the item was due to be delivered, I received an e-mail saying the product was discontinued. Not only that, but I could purchase another one for, of course, more money. Not only that, but my credit card had already been charged for the purchase that didn't happen!
At the moment the website has been updated. I am still waiting for the refund. A quick refund is the only honourable thing best4systems can do now. Let's wait and see. "I'll be back."

I should like to apologise unreservedly for the problems you have encountered.

We have recently been undertaking a comprehensive upgrade of our website and one of the issues that has required additional attention has unfortunately been the stock levels. Our IT team have been working to address this issue. As regards the money being taken, this is not, for legal and security obligations, done directly by us to ensure no card details are kept on record and to prevent any potential fraud.

As you will now be aware a full refund has been made as requested. Once again we should like to offer our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused and hope you might see fit to consider using our company in the future.

No fuss; haven't tested customer service (it's a good thing)

I ordered a power supply that is a bit difficult to find. 3000rpm shipped it as expected. No complication arose. I got what I expected (product as described). I would give 5 stars if I had tested after-sales support/customer service and the problem was handled well. I shall let the fact I didn't have to speak for itself.

I'm glad the PSU was exactly what you needed.

It works out best when things work and are done right the first time as it keeps the pressure off the support staff.
