TERRIBLE SERVICE

Whenever I see something I've ordered is due to be delivered by Hermes I sigh. The customer service is terrible, they rarely put a card though the door, they won't tell you what time they're arriving and you're lucky if the "tracking" on the website offers anything more than a completely unhelpful cryptic message. PLEASE STOP USING THEM!
