Please take note of the last complaint

The person below had exactly the same experience as myself and I am now taking them to the small claims court.
They have no respect or thought for the people that keep them in buisness.
No card no delivery for 3 days then they have the nerve to ask me to pick up at the depot.
Two complaints to customer service did not get a reply " Do not use " !
