I ordered a 5kg bag of protein which has not been delivered. After 7 days I checked the tracking reference given to me by Myprotein for Hermes. The tracking number came up as non existent. On contacting My protein they informed me there was problem with delivery address, which I found a little strange as they had delivered to the address before and it was all correct within my order history on the website.
I was told the order had been resent and they would check with the courier that they had the correct address.
Again I waited for the delivery which was expected on the 19th of December. I Waited a couple of extra days due to it being Christmas but still no delivery. I emailed the customer support but have had no response. Being the holiday season I thought I'd wait til after christmas. It's now new year and exactly 1 month since I placed the order and I still have had no protein or response. I have raised another ticket to request a refund as they seem incapable of delivering. I would not recommend Myprotein.
