I had XLN Broadband in my two business places for several years, now I have at one place. At a salesman's insistance, I took broadband at my home also. Until recently, service has not been that bad but for the last few months, I have to phone them every now and then. The downloading speed is very low. If you want to make any change in your package, they would immediately renew your package for two years and then, there is no escape.
I must say, staff at XLN are very good and they provide prompt service but perhaps XLN has now expanded beyond their capacity and they are unable to cope with the demand.
