We ordered or Sorel boots at the beginning of December as a christmas present but waited and waited for delivery via Yodel. Adriana was very nice at customer services when we reported that it hadn't arrived however we ended up missing christmas altogether as was finally delivered via UPS on 2nd January.

I have taken a further look into your customer account. I am showing that you original order, placed on the 12th December. It was lost by Yodel, so we sent out a replacement item at no extra charge to yourself with UPS.
Your order was prepared and shipped out with UPS on the 31st December and you had it on the 2nd January.
