never ever again

This was a first time I decided to use the meet and greet car parking. I took a photo of current milage and asked the driver how far was the car going to be parked. I was told that it would be 4 miles each way. My car had extra 36 miles on the clock!!!?? I obviuosly contacted the company and I was told that my car was parked 8 miles away. I informed the customer services that I actually had 36 miles extra and not 16! Apparently, there was an investigation and the outcome was that my car was parked 12 miles away plus 8 miles around Stansted airport! what a reply!? they apologised and granted 20% off any next booking. I actually told them that I was unsatisfied with their response and asked for more details. I never received any answers and was reassured that a thorough investigation took place and my complaint was closed to them. Outcome? I will not use this company again and will certainly "recommend" to all my friends.
