Does exactly as it says on the tin - Zoom and Fast!

No issues whatsoever with using the company, as a previous reviewer had noted, I too was slightly wary of a company I hadn't heard of ( let alone used ) before.

The service was first rate, as I was sending an Iphone I plumped for the Royal Mail special delivery - £6.20 but covered upto £500 in insurance... ( after my recent bout of bad luck involving a new telescope and a hard patio floor :( ...another story )

Despite sending it back over the Christmas holidays it arrived the day after New Year and on the same day I had received an email saying they had received it, then about 4 hours later another email saying that the money had gone into my Paypal account.

One word of caution however, I didn't realize that electing to receive the payment through pay pal would cost as much as it did ( £8.50 ). To be fair to zoomfast they did mention that a charge would be incurred but I thought it would only be a couple of pounds... you live and learn!

So my recommendations would be use Zoomfast but explore other payment methods to maximize your return - They could also put the estimate of using Paypal on their information page, as they do with the various mail options.
