Hi Stacey, you opened a Paypal dispute against us, to which we replied on the 2nd December requesting more information and advising you how to return the items to us. This was never replied to and unfortunately we cannot refund you without having received the faulty items back. For future reference, we always advise customers to contact us directly with any issues.
