It all started of well with friendly advice and information, and then it turned into a frustrating nightmare. All we wanted to know was when would the process be completed. Our calls to the office where never answered apart from one, who was a collegue of the man who was processing our application. he gave us a completion date which never happened.
We wish we had never gone down this road.
