Excellent 99% of the time

I've placed a few dozen orders now from OcUK I believe.

Items have always come the next working day, with ETA for delivery being spot on from DPD. I've had three faulty items from them since my first purchase almost 3 years ago. The first one was sorted within 1 day, and the second one took quite a while.

I've had one instance with faulty items that didn't go so well, but they've more than redeemed themselves since. The last item that I had to send back was a faulty tablet and was handled by a guy called Bailey. Within 2 hours of receiving it they had already prepared a new one for me, and have offered to refund the postage that I paid to get the faulty item to them (standard practice for OcUK, not all companies do this though)!

Other than that one time, they've been fantastic. Their forums are brilliant for tech support and component advice, and one employee in particular stands out (5UB on the forums) who has helped me even when the store is closed and he is at home, during his own time.
