An excellent service and nothing beats a family run business like Havens with that old world and sparkle touches that high street chains lack.

Bought a present for my sister for Christmas on behalf of my elderly mother from Havens online. It was like Macy’s in NYC with wrapping making it extra special and the hand gift tag was so beautifully written. Inside there was a beautiful old style postcard and thank you card. My sister loved the present but was enthused with the extra touches and was so curious to see where it was purchased from. My family also commented and we will be adding to her collection by purchasing more gifts from Havens.
