Loved to get sms texts on my phone about the tracking. But in the end I saw it was back to the depot, so I left my house as I thought it is not going to be delivered. Came home and found it in my neigbours place. Thank you!
I rate this low because even after searching for a long time and even after I found the button to sign in by email, the only possibility to sign in still was facebook. And I just don't like facebook or other social networks. And also I don't like that e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g has to be connected today, it's like your google is actually connected to your youtube videos and your facebook is connected to your whatever.

I ordered three woman shirts or tops in november.
Even though I was purchasing after 11AM, they still arrived the very next day!!
One piece was a size to big, so I sent this back to exchange it. I received the exchanged top within a couple days with no additional charge.

Anyway, the reason why I did not give 5 stars is because I think the shops are very crummy. I dunno how it is for male products, but I remember myself running around for hours and still I could not find the shirts I wanted - even though the vendors told me there still are some of the items in my size in the shops. Even in the shop in London that has womenswear only I could not find what I was after. I had the impression T.M. Lewin stores clothes only in a very low amount in their shops. So I had to order online, what was fine, but I am just not an online buyer, maybe a bit conservative but I like getting my stuff from the shops where I can have a look at it and don't need to send anything back because it doesn't fit.
I was expecting a parcel from Germany. They told me they would send it by DHL, I even received a tracking number that leaded me directly onto the DHL website. That was nice because I could see where it was.
But then I had a simple question about the delivery and wanted to get in touch with them. They told me that the tracking number is not a DHL number so they can not help me. Actually they told me it is a Yodel number. I sent them a screenshot from the website with the traking where you could see the DHL logo, they still told me it is a Yodel.
I never found out what was true, but i rate it as a very low costumer service confusing people with a DHL website when DHL is not in charge for this delivery.
