Finding a week before Christmas that a guitar I had ordered and paid for a month earlier from GuitarGuitar (as a Christmas present for my son) would not be delivered, I was scouring the web to find the product elsewhere. At last I found the GigGear site which said the product was in stock. Not trusting site information (GuitarGuitar's site had said 4 were in stock when I placed my original order) I rang Customer Service. They assured me they had ONE left so I went straight back on the site and ordered it. The guitar was delivered early the next day - with no delivery charge!
