After receiving only part of a set I had ordered I had to then go through a process of emailing back and forth to Achica "Customer Service" enquiring as to whether or not I was going to get the remaining item This turned into a farce with their responses seemingly avoiding the simple question "Will I or Wont I get my item?". After a week of this nonsense, I sent an email saying "CALL ME URGENTLY", giving them my phone number and marking it "High Priority". Three days passed then lo and behold, I got the phone call I so desperately sought. Whilst the young girl on the phone was very pleasant, she still couldn't confirm whether or not I would get my final part of the set, saying things like "we are confident we can source it". In the end I said I have sourced the item elsewhere and for them to refund me for the missing item. She said she would and it would take 5 working days for the money to be refunded back to my card. I will be interested to see if this is the case.
Interestingly, another order I had placed, with an estimated delivery date at the end of January, turned up this morning and I am totally thrilled with the purchase.
I think Achica need to rethink their Customer Service as it really does let them down.
