I ordered an item in good faith.
The company failed to deliver the item by their latest delivery date.
I asked for a refund, which I am entitled to ask for and should be processed promptly.
I was asked to wait for more time, I refused.
Then all communication stopped.
No refund has been issued. I have informed then they have 10 more days to refund me, then I will get my bank to issue a chargeback.
I should NOT have to go to such extremes.
I see I am not alone after doing a web search, there are and have been many, many others in a similar boat, which is outragous.
I can't tell you how many orders Amazon have fulfilled in the last few years from me and they are much better than most companies.
Any issues or returns have been handled promptly and quickly.
Their only failings are to use Parcelforce AT ALL and the Royal Mail for next day, HDNL and Yodel score more ok, DPD seems good as does Citylink.
I have sent hundreds of parcels via MyHermes and only had a couple of issues, all dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Couriers are never perfect but so far my experience has been more positive than most other couriers I have used in past.
Keep taking my deliveries to the post office saying I am not in, when I am.
Their tracking NEVER works.
When you call to complain you get routed to a random Parcel Force office.
When you call to complain they could care less.
