Terrible customer services

The above order was actually a reorder after I spent a month chasing up the previous order and finally had to cancel it then re order.

The first order was damaged and the courier didn't even attempt to deliver. Customer services did not seem interested in resolving the situation with email response very slow with poor attitude toward the situation and also failed to use basic spell/grammar check when responding.

After the long winded process I eventually had to cancel my order and reorder it with no compensation. Not a great first time experience!!!

I will be considering other places to purchase from
