Ref: ORDER 2437783 -
I am writing to inform you that a breach of contract occurred in that you failed to supply the three tickets as ordered.Section F ,Row ? for the following event:- Andrea Rieu in Concert at the LG Arena Birmingham on the 18th December 2012.
The tickets received were for Block 16 YD 503, YD 504, YD 505..and found to be located three rows from the highest point in line with the a side partial view of the stage. The two screens were at an angle which could not be viewed.
The problem found was reported to a representative of your customer service department during the three hour window prior to the show and at this time you were unable to clarify the actual seating situation for Block 16. and it was suggested that I contact you after the event..
I will be seeking damages as a partial acceptable refund for this breach of contract as I would expect you as a leading provider to have safeguards in place.
