The tracking service states that my parcel arrived last night and that someone signed for it. However someone was in, the parcel did not arrive and no card was left. So I rang the premium rate number to find out what had happened, after 15 mins of being on hold I was told the phone operator would ask the driver what happened and I was put on hold again. When I eventually was spoken to a second time I was told that he "could not get hold of the driver but his name is .... and his phone number is.... you can call him yourself later to find out where the parcel is". Surely giving out names and numbers in this way is grossly unprofessional. So at the end of all that I am still no clearer about where my parcel is and now left thinking should I call the driver on the mobile number I have received?
Very strange organisation, it will put me off purchasing goods from companies that are idiotic enough to use them in future.
