Easy Order, Delivery Company Inflexible

I ordered two items separately, one arrived in record delivery time via Royal mail - great overall experience. The other delivered via a courier was unnecessarily conveluted and inflexible on delivery options. Tainted the overall experience associated with SS. Although not enough to deter me from being a repeat customer

We are sorry to hear that the customer experienced difficulties with the courier service for one of their deliveries. The tracking information shows that an attempt was made to deliver soon after despatch day but unfortunately the customer was not present to sign for the goods, so we do apologise if the customer did not realise that the courier service is a service which requires a signature.
