Just miniatures

Rubbish customer service do not use

I ordered a selection of miniatures for my boyfriend on December 10th for a Christmas present....... And I'm still waiting for them! (Its now 3rd january!!!!!) when I rang to complain I was asked have I checked with my neighbours or been to the sorting office, when I said that no card was left I was told that " sometimes the couriers that we use don't leave a card!" SERIOUSLY!?! You're posting out alcohol to people and you use couriers that don't leave a card to say where they've left your package!!!!!!! Bad choice there I think, after voicing my opinion on this matter I was told that there was nothing they can do until 7th January when they can claim it from the post office as its been missing 15 working days!!!!! I would seriously look elsewhere and use a different company if you expect your delivery to arrive!! Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This customer ordered 5 miniatures from us that were shipped using Royal Mail, this being the shipping service that she selected during checkout. A courier service is also available. The items were shipped within the time-frame that we specify.

When the customer called to ask the whereabouts of the package, she was advised that the Royal Mail service she chose is not trackable and that the item may have become lost or delayed in the post. We advised that during the Christmas period, Royal Mail take on a large number of temporary staff and that we have had some experience of them not always leaving a card if delivery is attempted.

The customer was advised to wait until 15 working days had passed (Royal Mail stipulate that an item is only lost after this amount of time) and that a replacement shipment or refund would be offered.

Just Miniatures shipped well over 20,000 orders between November and December 2012 with 99.7% arriving safely and in a timely manner.
