why offer a booking time with a selected branch only to be cancelled within 10mins by branch

I make an appointment for an oil change on line and within 10 minutes they cancel what is the point of booking on line when the system does not know that the particular branch you have chosen cannot do the work as they don't have enough people to carry out the work i had paid for. so now i need a refund and will look elsewhere prepared to pay more for a better service which wont be too hard as to find

We do apologise for the inconvenience that has been caused.

It was unfortunate that the fitter was unavailable on that day for personal reasons.

I believe a full refund has been given now.
