NOT THE VEHICLE WE BOOKED AND PAID FOR NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS!!

I had used Resorthoppa on a previous holiday and was satisfied with the transfer which prompted me to use them again on a transfer from Lisbon airport. On arrival at the airport we were told that the transfer was to be made with a saloon car instead of the small mini bus we had booked and paid for. The driver carried out the transfer but was none to happy to squeeze our bag and golf bags into his car. On return I contacted Resorthoppa several times by email and as yet still not had a response from them as regards a refund. Needless to say we will not be booking with them again or recommending them.
