Item Not Actually In Stock - Time Wasters - Won't Refund - AVOID!!!

I ordered a game for a Christmas Present for my nephews as it was showing in stock.
I paid a premium price, and paid £6 for express shipping - but the item never came.
2 weeks later and the item is still showing as 'awaiting shipment'.
Eventually I got through to a foreign call centre on a very quiet line and after some time I was advised that I could not cancel the order and that it would ship "today, or perhaps tomorrow, or the day after that or perhaps the day after that".
What a bunch of useless rip-off cowboys.
Avoid this company at all costs. It verging on being a scam.
