We've been using RSS for about 6 months now, having migrated from a locally-hosted system. On the whole, it's excellent.
We had a couple of teething problems, but they were addressed very soon after being identified.
The support team is extremely responsive. Raising a support ticket is very efficient, and usually results in a response within minutes (not sure what their SLA is, but I'm very happy with that). And any problems are usually fixed straight away, or an alternative solution given.
We've made a few suggestions for further enhancements to the system, and we're expecting a new version to be in place soon.
The system does the job we need it to, it's well priced, there's no tie-in, and exporting information is straightforward, and free. I can only see it improving, given the quality of the team behind it.
Overall, we are happy.
