I placed an order on the 12/15/2012 for 3 DVD's and asked for them to be delivered to Holland as we were spending Christmas there with friends. I was very disappointed to see that the 3 DVD's were sent separately and the last of the 3 still hasn't arrived today yet (3/01/2013). I sent an email to you on 24/12/2012 informing you that the 3rd DVD hadn't arrived in Holland and due to the holidays I didn't expect it to arrive before we returned to the UK. I therefore asked that you send the DVD to our UK address. I didn't get any response to that email. On 27/12/2012 I received a dispatch notice email from you saying that the 3rd DVD was on it's way, but no information on what address it was being sent to. I have no idea if it is still being sent to Holland or if you listened to my request and sent it to my address in the UK.
I am not happy with the lack of response from you and the length it's taken to deliver the DVD's. If I had any idea when purchasing this from you that it would take this long I would not have ordered it. There was no indication on your website that the DVD was not in stock or that it would take this long to deliver. Especially since it was a Christmas present.
I would also appreciate a reply to my email which I have sent to (email@example.com)
