I purchased an tablet case from mobilefun.com a month ago, this is my experience;
I received mortification that my credit card was charged & my item has been "dispatched", a tracking number with a direct link to their tracking page was included, however when I tried to check on my order it said "no information available". Their claim is that the item will be in my possession between 4 to 8 business days. After this time passed I emailed their customer service dept., I received an auto reply thanking me for contacting them & 24 hrs later another email from customer service apologizing for the delay, claiming on a Thursday that my item should be in my possession early next week, but asking me to contact them immediately if it was not received by 12/31. On that date, as expected, I received nothing, & emailed customer service, as they instructed, but this time I didn't receive an auto response, days later I have emailed them yet again! I have no confidence I will receive anything from them. I hope that sharing my poor experience spares anyone else from having to deal with the frustration of being charged for something, getting the run around, and receiving nothing.
